Introduction

　　FSR-K系列粉體計量裝置是合肥水泥研究設(shè)計院固泰自動化有限公司在多年計量控制技術(shù)研究和應用經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上,自主研發(fā)的一代粉體計量裝置系統(tǒng)。該裝置系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠、計量準確、維護方便。可廣泛應用粉體計量，如水泥散裝，粉煤灰、礦粉，生料粉，煤粉等粉狀物料的流量計量與定量給料

FSR-K Type Lumpy Material Qualitative Feeding device is a new generation lumpy material measuring and feeding device self-developed by our company. Characterized with advanced technology, accurate measurement, wide regulation range, compact and totally-enclosed structure, high temperature resistance, long service life, low fault rate and low maintenance cost, it's mainly used for long-term continuous dynamic measurement and quantitative feeding of lumpy and granular materials, such as cement mill dosing, raw meal dosing, coal mill feeding.

系統(tǒng)特點

Characteristics

　　1.測量原理先進，直接測量通過測量葉輪內(nèi)的物料質(zhì)量，測量值與扭矩和速度有關(guān)。與其他因素(例如氣流、物料特性系統(tǒng)外力震動)無關(guān)。計量精度高。

       1. It's suitable for materials of different sizes up to 100mm, with good corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.

　　2.新型的測力矩裝置，確保了測量準確，可靠，穩(wěn)定。

       2. It possesses special anti-blockage technology, to allow the spoke rotor to rotate around its axis and slide meanwhile vertically and horizontally, which make the stuck materials or foreign materials to be removed automatically. Besides, the wear resistant wall, connected with spoke rotor, rotates together, avoiding effectively the wear and material blockage between spoke rotor and housing wall.

　　3.獨特的測量葉輪的設(shè)計及獨特的耐磨材料。測量葉輪使用壽命長。

       3. It adopts sealing and high temperature resistance technology. The structure of bearing is: air seal (to reduce the temperature) + high-temperature resistant felt seal + multilayer sealed support, so as to efficiently prevent materials and impurities from entering the bearing. Meanwhile, the high temperature material is only in contact with the rotor and sealing plate and components such as bearing, metering and driving parts are laid outside the sealing housing, thus prolonging the service life of equipment.

　　4.具有預判功能的密封技術(shù)?；剞D(zhuǎn)部件采用組合密封技術(shù)。確保裝置的長期可靠運行。

       4. The installation is simple, the space occupied is limited and the maintenance is easy.

　　5.整個系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，完全密閉運行，現(xiàn)場不漏料不跑灰，占用空間小,便于施工現(xiàn)場工藝布置。

       5. The whole system has compact structure, completely closed operation, no material leakage and ash running on site, and small occupied space, which is convenient for the process layout on the construction site.
